Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high order volume periods, processing and shipping may be delayed. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. Occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Shipping Area

PAW RESET currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damages & Lost Packages

PAW RESET is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items.
